Leading ILM Group since 2016, Fabian brings extensive experience in leadership and innovation, adopting a strategic approach to help international companies expand into the Brazilian market. Under his leadership, ILM Group offers integrated solutions in administrative, accounting, and tax management, facilitating the entry and sustainable growth of companies in Brazil. Fabian is German and holds an MBA from IE Business School and a Master’s in Strategy and Innovation from Maastricht University.
