CEO
Fabian Peters is a German citizen. He recognized the opportunities offered by the Brazilian market early on, while working for a German company that wanted to expand to South America. Finally, in 2012, he founded a Brazilian subsidiary for the before mentioned German company. Through the founding process and the subsequent management of the company, he acquired valuable know-how in this complex market. As managing director of an international team, he led growth initiatives and identified strategic partners. Here he experienced firsthand the bureaucratic challenges facing foreign companies in Brazil. Later, he expanded his professional experience by taking over positions in Brazilian companies of various sizes and industries, from Sales Manager to Project Manager, to CFO.
Fabian Peters has been part of ILM Group since 2016. He is a senior executive with a focus on acquisition and customer service.
