About this Policy
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) aims to demonstrate the commitment of IL Management Gestão Empresarial Limitada (“IL Management”), as the website operator and Data Controller of Visitors’ Personal Data, to the security, transparency, and privacy of Visitors’ Personal Data when using the website www.ilmgroup.com.br (“Website”), in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 13.709/2018 (“General Data Protection Law” or “LGPD”) and ANPD resolutions.
By using the Website, the Visitor fully agrees with this Policy in a free, informed, unequivocal, and express manner.
1. Definitions
– ANPD: National Data Protection Authority. It is responsible for overseeing and guiding the applicability of the LGPD.
– Consent: Free, informed, and unequivocal manifestation by which the Visitor agrees to the Processing of their Personal Data for a specific purpose.
– Controller: Legal or natural person responsible for decisions regarding the Processing of Personal Data. In this case, IL Management.
– Personal Data: Information that allows the identification or identifies the Visitor.
– Sensitive Personal Data**: Personal Data of racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, political opinion, membership in unions or religious, philosophical, or political organizations, data concerning health or sexual life, genetic or biometric data, when linked to a Visitor.
– Data Protection Officer (DPO)**: Person designated by the Controller to act, among other things, as a communication channel between the Controller, ANPD, and Data Subjects.
– Processor: Legal or natural person that processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller.
– Data Subject: Natural person to whom the Personal Data subject to Processing refers.
– Processing: Any operation performed with Personal Data, such as collection, production, reception, classification, usage, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, storage, elimination, evaluation or control of information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination, or extraction.
– Visitor: Data Subject who accesses the Website.
2. Personal Data Processed
IL Management may process some Personal Data when a Visitor accesses the Website and uses certain features, including through Cookies.
When a Visitor fills out the contact form available on the Website, the following Personal Data is provided by the Visitor:
a. Name;
b. Email;
c. Phone.
The contact form includes a free-text field. If the Visitor provides any unsolicited Personal Data (other than name and email) or Sensitive Personal Data, they do so freely and voluntarily.
IL Management does not request any additional Personal Data or Sensitive Personal Data through the Website.

The Personal Data obtained from the use of the Website by Visitors may be shared with ILM Group companies, depending on the nature of the services of interest to the Visitor.
IL Management also shares Personal Data with Processors contracted for the proper functioning of the Website and for website performance analysis purposes. 5. Personal Data Storage
The Personal Data processed on the Website is stored on secure servers of GoDaddy Inc., located at 14455 N. Hayden Rd. Suite. 226, Scottsdale, Arizona, USA, Postal Code 85260-6947 (“GoDaddy”).
As GoDaddy operates globally, the servers used may be located in different countries, which may involve the international transfer of the Personal Data of Website Visitors. Any international transfer of Visitors’ Personal Data strictly follows the provisions of the LGPD.
6. Security
The storage locations of Personal Data feature industry-standard technical security measures, including but not limited to SSL certificates, HTTPS protocols, firewalls, and malware detectors.
7. Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored locally in the Visitor’s web browser cache. Cookies can be used for various purposes, such as determining whether the Visitor has accessed the Website before.

e. Data portability to other service or product providers upon express request, in accordance with ANPD regulations, subject to commercial and industrial secrets;
f. Deletion of Personal Data processed with the Data Subject’s Consent, except as provided by the LGPD;
g. Information about public and private entities with which the Controller has shared Personal Data;
h. Information about the possibility of refusing Consent and the consequences of such refusal;
i. Withdrawal of Consent.
Visitors also have the right to file a complaint with ANPD if they believe that their Personal Data is being processed in violation of the LGPD. The complaint can be made through the ANPD website (https://www.gov.br/anpd/pt-br).
We encourage Visitors to first address any complaints to the Controller before proceeding with a complaint to ANPD.
