An Austrian innovation company decided to establish a subsidiary in Brazil for fiscal and strategic reasons.
Services Provided
ILM Group accompanied the client throughout the incorporation process of the subsidiary and assumed the representation of the non-Brazilian shareholders as well as the management and accounting of the subsidiary. The headquarters of the subsidiary were registered at the premises of ILM Group. Communication with the parent company is performed in German and the monthly financial reports are created following the account plan of the parent company.
